Shields & Company is pleased to announce it advised Sweda Company, LLC (“Sweda”) in its sale to SnugZ USA, LLC (“SnugZ”), a portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in City of Industry, CA, Sweda is an ASI Top 40 supplier of promotional products.
