Analysts play an integral role in the firm’s M&A and advisory activities. Analysts will work in small deal teams and directly with senior bankers and clients. Analysts are asked to take on significant responsibility and are involved in every stage of a transaction, including pitching new business, drafting marketing material, contacting buyers, managing due diligence, supporting negotiations, and assisting in closing.
Candidates should be working towards a degree from a top academic institution. While no specific major is mandatory, basic knowledge of accounting and finance is required. The ideal candidate is a responsible, detail-oriented self-starter who is eager to work in a rapidly changing and demanding work environment. The individual should be poised and outgoing with exceptional written and oral communication skills, a strong quantitative background with knowledge of financial modeling, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and outstanding work ethic.
