Boston, Mass., November 19, 2012 — Pri-Med, the leading provider of professional medical education to a community of more than 260,000 clinicians, today announced the purchase of Amazing Charts, a leading provider of electronic health records (EHR) to independent medical practices.

Shields & Company is now a participating member of Geneva Group International (GGI), the largest multidisciplinary alliance of independent law, accounting, audit, and consulting firms.

Tim White will be a keynote speaker and panelist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Conference for Business Owners: M&A Solutions for Privately Held Companies. The program will be held at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s 100 Federal Street headquarters beginning at 8:00 am on Thursday October 11^th.

Tim White has joined a newly formed Board of Advisors which will oversee a group of flexible packaging companies including StarPak Ltd. and Superbag Corporation located in Houston TX. Mr. White brings 15 years of experience in advising companies in the plastic film, flexible and ridged plastic packaging, and plastic recycling industries.
