BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Shields specialized in financial institutions and business services. She has been involved in conducting transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and restructuring, and financial advisory services for over 35 years. Ms. Shields is a former vice president in the corporate banking groups of Citibank and Irving Trust Company in New York City. She was also an investment officer of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes in Boston. She is a co-founder of Shields & Company, Inc., which was formed in 1991. Ms. Shields sits on the board of several private companies. She is a past president of the Association of Corporate Growth - Boston Chapter.
