BIOGRAPHY
Evan Ricker is a Managing Director of Shields & Company. While at Shields, Mr. Ricker has advised companies in business services, consumer products, niche manufacturing, specialty distribution, value-added commodities manufacturing, and other industries on a broad range of corporate finance matters.
Prior to joining Shields & Company in 2011, Mr. Ricker was a vice president at Duff & Phelps, LLC, a global provider of financial advisory and investment banking services. Previously, Mr. Ricker gained extensive experience in industry working for EMC Corporation and the Xerox Corporation. Mr. Ricker currently serves on the Board of the Learning Center for the Deaf where he is the Treasurer and chairs the Finance Committee.
Mr. Ricker lives in Concord with his wife and twin daughters.
