Price Systems Acquired by Unison

Shields & Company is pleased to announce it advised PRICE Systems, LLC (“PRICE”) in its sale to Unison Software, Inc (“Unison”), a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group. Headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ, PRICE is a leading expert and provider of model-based cost estimation solutions for aeronautics, space, and government organizations worldwide.
