United Kingdom-based Alphamosaic Limited, a privately-held developer of advanced mobile imaging, multimedia, and 3-D graphics technology, retained Shields & Company to assist in evaluating a prospective acquisition by the Broadcom Corporation. As a result of the completed transaction, certain members of the company's management were issued securities in exchange for their ownership interest.
