Shields & Company provides objective and independent assessments of value in conducting its valuation assignments, for both private and public companies and securities. Our professional staff has over 50 years of combined valuation and fairness opinion experience. Shields & Company has completed hundreds of business, securities, and intellectual property valuations. We have also provided litigation support and expert testimony in a variety of matters involving securities valuation issues. We have issued fairness opinions for both private and public companies. A number of our principals are members of the American Society of Appraisers.
