TBG retained Shields & Company to evaluate alternatives that would provide the Company's partners with liquidity and enable TBG to strengthen its leading position in the healthcare industry.  As a result of the sale process, TBG was acquired by NCI Healthcare, LLC., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Navigant Consulting, Inc., a publicly-traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:NCI).  NCI is an independent consulting firm that provides services to businesses in various industries, including the healthcare, energy, financial, and insurance industries.  The acquisition of TBG will provide enhanced healthcare consulting capabilities to both TBG's and Navigant's Consulting Healthcare clients.
